The DOMO Dove Nest project is one of our ongoing club track projects.
The concept is intended to create a tailored destination and experience site, unlike anything else in North America. The project envisions a “county club” resort, built around the central theme of motorsports, comprised of a world class track surrounded by exclusive residential concepts and luxury amenities.
DOMO is located in central Texas, close to the city of Gatesville, only 100 kilometers from Austin, the capital of Texas. With beautiful natural topography, terrain, vegetation and water features, the plot is a prime site for a motorsports race resort development. The Masterlayout includes a 3.05 mile FIA Grade 2T racetrack and multiple kinds of luxury motorsport-themed and residential buildings including condos, garages, villas, estate lots, a welcome center, lakeside restaurant and the DOMO Club House.
The full track, with an impressive elevation change of 126 ft, impresses with an extremely long full speed section where the cars reach maximum speed. Shortcuts allow to divide the track into two sections of similar length, to host various motorsports events in parallel.
