Pradera Verde Circuit

Tilke Engineers & Architects is proud to announce that construction has officially commenced on the Pradera Verde Circuit in Lubao, Pampanga, marking a significant step forward for motorsport in the Philippines.

Originally envisioned by Tilke in 2018, the project has evolved into a more compact yet highly efficient motorsport facility. Spanning 42 hectares, the redesigned masterplan reflects a renewed focus on versatility, visitor experience, and long-term regional growth, while maintaining adherence to international best practices.

The new layout, developed and engineered by Tilke, features a 4.8 km circuit with 17 turns, multiple configurations, and a broad range of use cases, accommodating everything from endurance races to one-make series. The track can be split into two independent sections, allowing for simultaneous and separate operations, increasing flexibility for events, training, and club activities.

Designed to meet FIA Grade 3 or 4 standards, the circuit offers a flowing and technically challenging layout suitable for a range of motorsport classes, from junior formula series to GT3 cars. Its primary goal is to invigorate the local racing scene and position Pradera Verde as a future hub for motorsport tourism in Southeast Asia.

  • Key components of the facility include:
  • A dedicated drag strip
  • A signature V-shaped pit building with 44 garages
  • Premium trackside villas enhancing the team and spectator experience
  • A CIK-FIA-standard karting track located in the infield to support grassroots motorsport and talent development
  • A commercial frontage along the highway featuring automotive dealerships, cafés, restaurants, and service centers to ensure year-round activity

Tilke Engineers & Architects remains committed to shaping the future of motorsport in the region through intelligent design, safety-forward engineering, and context-driven planning. The Pradera Verde Circuit is more than a race track; it is a catalyst for growth, community, and competition in the heart of the Philippines.
