Manuel Rubow is Tilke’s leading design director for test tracks and proving grounds.

He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Industrial Engineering.

His passion for motorsport begins at a very early age. After classic go-karting, he became a professional racing driver in 2008 and has participated in several international touring car championships. Also, he runs his own team. He joined Tilke in 2013 and has become the leading designer for racing and test tracks. In recent years he has specialised in the conception and design of test areas for future mobility concepts and autonomous vehicles.
