In 2025 Carlotta Simons was appointed as Head of Marketing for Tilke GmbH & Co. KG.
Carlotta Simons studied Architecture at RWTH Aachen University, Germany, from 2014 to 2021. In 2018, she joined Tilke Engineers & Architects as a student trainee while completing her studies and has been part of the company ever since, continuously expanding her role and responsibilities over the years.
Early in her career, Carlotta was involved in key international projects, including the Las Vegas Strip Circuit and the Lusail International Circuit in Qatar. Her on-site experience abroad, allowed her to significantly contribute to the successful implementation of both projects and gain valuable insight into large-scale motorsport developments.
In recent years, Carlotta has increasingly taken on responsibilities in the area of public relations and marketing. Her deep understanding of the company’s vision, paired with her architectural background, has brought a fresh and strategic perspective to Tilke’s brand communication. In 2025, she was appointed Head of Marketing.
