After his apprenticeship as a banker at UniCredit bank in Munich, Germany, Malte Fleischhauer studied Finance at the University of Eichstätt / Ingolstadt, Germany, until 2010. After his studies, he gained extensive experience in the field of business development (corporates, founding and succession) and attended various Risk Academy Masterclasses.

In 2016, he joined the Tilke company and was initially responsible for business affairs. Subsequently, he was appointed an authorized signatory and Director of Finance in 2020.
