Christian Epp currently holds the position of Director of Tilke Americas and Global Head of Acquisition.

He has obtained a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Kaiserslautern and the University of California, Berkeley, USA.

Before joining Tilke, he was employed as a Senior Consultant at A.T. Kearney GmbH Germany, a strategic management firm for 4 years. He projects were mainly in the automotive industry.

In 2004, he joined Tilke GmbH & Co. KG and was appointed Director of Tilke Americas. Since than he has worked on many internationally recognized racetracks and proving grounds around the world. Among other: The Circuit of the Americas in Austin (Texas), the Hermanos Rodriguez F1 racetrack and many private racetracks around the world.

In 2019 Christian was appointed the Global Head of Acquisitions for the firm.

Additionally, he is responsible for the launch of the TILKE Club of Clubs concept. A networking platform for private racetrack around the world.
