Atlanta Motorsports Park

Atlanta Motorsports Park combines a challenging circuit, advanced driver training, and a vibrant motorsport community in the rolling hills of Georgia. Its 3-kilometre layout, natural terrain, and six configurations create a flexible destination for driving, education, and events.

Planning for the Atlanta Motorsports Park project began in 2010. From the outset, the design focused on using the site’s natural terrain. As a result, the circuit follows the rolling landscape and creates a dynamic driving experience.

The 3-kilometre track includes elevation changes of up to 30 metres. These gradients create a technically demanding environment for drivers. At the same time, the circuit offers the flexibility required for different driving activities and events.

Six different circuit configurations allow the facility to support a wide range of uses. Furthermore, the layouts enable multiple events to take place simultaneously. This flexibility strengthens Atlanta Motorsports Park’s role as a year-round destination for motorsport activities and driver development.

A key element of the development is the Driver Development Center, described as the first facility of its kind in the United States. The center includes specialized training features such as a skid pad and an ice hill. Therefore, drivers can develop advanced vehicle control skills and practise responses to different driving conditions in a safe environment.

Beyond the main circuit, Atlanta Motorsports Park offers a complete motorsport lifestyle experience. The 61.5-acre complex includes a CIK Level 1/A karting circuit, a clubhouse, a café and restaurant, rental garages, and trackside residences.

Together, these elements create a destination for racing, driver education, recreation, and community engagement. Atlanta Motorsports Park combines technical circuit design with training facilities and supporting amenities in the rolling hills of Georgia.
